Dr. Lance Witty serves as Assistant Professor of Music in the Conservatory at Capital University located in Columbus, Ohio. Witty serves as Brass Area Coordinator, and oversees the trumpet program.
Living an active professional music career as a performer, educator, adjudicator, and guest lecturer, Witty’s career has been dedicated to promoting the excellence of musicians worldwide. As a Yamaha Performing Artist, he is a malleable performer of multiple genres and has performed extensively as a soloist and an orchestral, chamber, and commercial musician.
